I have cancelled my ticket 36 hours prior to train departure still I have been charge 25% (750/-)fine of total fare instead of 90/- I want IRCTC to refund my money(750/-) asap Details are as following: PNR No: 4164895856 Travel date: 29.8.14 Train departure time : 20:00PM from Bangalore Cancellation time and date: 8:22 AM 28.8.14

I want compensation along with excess amount charged from me from IRCTC and punish IRCTC appropriately for giving misleading information on their website
