I was travelling from jamalpur to patna(PNR No: 6720082268,Train No. & name- 13401 (INTERCITY EXP)but due to lack of proper and delayed information by IRCTC .i had not receive any SMS(or any communication)from IRCTC for the incident happen about unrailing of the goods train boggey at patna junction at 23:00 hour(15-10-2013)or train may get delay due that i have missed my flight from patna to mumbai and bear a loss of Rs 21330

I want to claim the loss bear by me of Rs 21330/-
