dear sir i make ticket from irctc online on 23-04-2014. rs deduct from my account i also send bank transaction detail but they do not to solve my problem and not refund my money. i try 3 time to make ticket but at same time money deduct but no make ticket, they refund only 2 payment. one payment not given by irctc. i have a lot proof.

first i loss my time. money and most important mentally harassment.

i want to my money back
