have internet bankinf facility of Axis Bank. I have cancelled Tickets booked through the Debit Card from IRCTC Net Banking. I had cancelled tickets on 8-10-13,10-10-13 and 13-10-13 and in due course refund of Rs 1440/Rs 580/Rs 365/Rs 605 has been refunded to Axis Bank by IRCTC on 10-10-13,12-10-13 and 15-10-13 through receipt no-328356309070,328367535818,328576991736 and 328842033130. The same refund amount has not been credited to my Axis Bank Saving account. Rather the Bank Customer Executives is passing my complaints to one or another executives.

Immediate refund of my due amount of Rs 2990/= along maximum interest on that amount and compensation for delaying the Process, with a fine to the AXIS Bank.
