TDR Status: Blank Reference No:ekt2012122106483606 TDR Zone: WCR TDR Filing Date: 21-Dec-2012 chart preparation was done before 24hours of train departure, ticket was in RAC, due to that TDR had to be file before 24hours of departure(since chart prepared earlier , irctc was not allowing to cancel the ticket & there was no other option than to file tdr) on 21dec2012 but TDR status is blank till date , neither showing TDR approved nor approved.. IRCTC Customer care executives do not give any responsible response(contacted twice 01139340000 )kindly look into the matter

Ticket amt was Rs.1766/-, which has to be refunded by irctc after applying terms & conditions of cancellation within 24hours but due to early chart preparation tdr had to be filed which is pending till date. TDR STATUS is showing nil till date. Amount has not been refunded
