i booked a ticket for journey on 21st may,2014 from bhusawal(bsl) to nashik(nk) with pnr no 2832241396. on the day of journey i found that the train was too late and i needed to travel in general class of other train. so to cancel my ticket,i filed a tdr for cancellation of the ticket. i put the reason “train late and passenger not travelled” but refund was not approved and reason was given as “as per chart, passengers have travelled”as per letter no dcr280514v12597. this was totally wrong.customer care is refusing to refund. kindly look into matter.

i want my money back. most probably, the tte has done something wrong and shown us travelling on the train we never boarded. so i want refund.
