I tried to book ticket using IRCTC website but was unable to do so and out of 4 times,payment was cleared by bank in 3 transactions and when i called customer care(IRCTC) about this they striaght away told that it is not always a gaurantee that your ticket will be booked then i asked when i booked 4 times then why ticket was not booked at least once and their reply was unsatisfactory.
first of all i want to know who is responsible for this and what action is taken against the person or system due to which customers are harassed. Also i demand for a proper mechanism where someone has to be responsible for these type of issues,where a person could not book a ticket even after 4 attempts.
