I was returned journey from VSKP to BBS but unfortunately train will cancelled due to PHAILIN issue and same day I had TDR filled but till date I am not getting any settled money. 1. Several of times I have followed to TDR team 2. Several of times I have called to few land lines but there is no response or not pick up my call by anybody (033 22439336, 033 22485122) 3. As per your process within 90 days TDR filed settled but after 120 days or above there will not settled for my case after given reminder-6 by mail.
