I made a booking wide booking ID – 100000210511307 and PNR – 2532554620. But the same train was cancelled by railway. Instead of refunding the money automatically now they are saying you have not cancelled the ticket so we can’t refund your money. This is always a problem while dealing with Government Companies, first they cancel the thing and then try to hide away citing procedures and all.
If they have cancelled the train. It is there duty to refund the money back to all the travelers but they are saying since you have not cancelled the ticket you will not get the refund. When the train was cancelled and no one has traveled – what is the problem in refunding the money?
