Dear Sir, I miss Rasmita Mohapatra had applied for one IRDA Agent code in Aviva Life Insurance in the month of Jan 2013, Appeared for the exam and failed On 22/10/2014 , I have applied in Aviva Life Insurance to terminate the code and issue me NOC( Already 1 month and 12 days passed and no action has been taken by AVIVA LIFE) . kindly take necessary step to issue NOC from Aviva Life Insurance and remove my URN number from IRDA portal. IRDA License Transfer
Dear Sir/Madam This is to inform you that I have taken the IRDA license (2513141) and working in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance co Ltd since 29 July 2006. Presently I came to know that my license is transferred to TATA AIA Life Insurance. I would like to inform you that I have not submitted any request for license transfer anywhere.
