The delivery of the Hindu Newspaper is very erratic and any complaint to the newspaper agent is futile. Invariably the mobile is not answered. Despite the fact, the initial call was attended by the newspaper agent today who promised to send the paper immediately, it is more than 45 mts. paper is yet to reach me now. His distribution point and my house is hardy 5 mts. travel by bicycle. The time now I am mailing the complaint to you is 8 am. My subsequent calls for about 6 times remains unanswered. In this connection, I have to state that I have been reading your newspaper for about 50 years.
