Irresponsible behavior of HCL Service center -Jaipur I have given HCL tablet to HCL service center in Jaipur and they promised to deliver the same within 10 days. When I have not received the call from them I called to check the status then they are informing me that it will take another 5-7 days. The only concern is that it is not the responsibility of service center to inform the customers about delay ? moreover when I called the in charge/owner of the service center his is not responding to phone and SMS. The kind of irresponsible behavior is impacting the goodwill/repo of company like HCL, please look into this Thanks Mohit Gaur +919982299971
