I have 4 problems with tata indicom photon+ service.My Account number is 904421183.
1. Regarding usage of Data: One of the sales executive called me and confirmed twice that tata indicom provides unlimited data download for Rs 1100 rental per month.So i took the connection by paying Rs3500 for the device and connection got activated on June 29th. on the june30th in the confirmation call they told only 10GB is the download limit. immediately i raised complaint on this through phone and also by e-mail. After that i raised so many complaints through phone and email and also i went to tata indicom office twice and they just skipping this without taking any action on the sales executive.
2. Regarding the monthly bill: My plan is Rs 1100 per month with 10GB free download. i downloaded 10.6GB of data, out of which 10GB was free. for extra 1 MB of data they will charge 2Rs. if i calculate like this the bill needs to come around Rs 2700. but i got a bill of Rs8485. for this they told they charged according to cycle period. they calculated bill for 22 days, they considered 780 as monthly charge,and considered 7 GB is the free download data, and charged for 3.6GB data with 2Rs per 1 MB.
3. I have a credit limit of only Rs1500 on my account, after exceeding the credit limit they didn’t inform me or blocked the connection, if they did that immediately after the connection exceed the credit limit, i should have get a bill of around Rs2000.
4. After i got the bill of Rs Rs8485, tata indicom deactivated my connection. Even though my connection was not active, i found in the online account that 400 MB of data downloaded from card.

i found one more problem with tata indicom, my paln got changed to Rs1250 from Rs 1100 with out notifying me.
Please help in this.
