Order No. 140103410047705 Date 3/1/2014 With reference to above order, I got response from the company that a part of the order can’t be delivered, as the product is not available and to which I objected. I would like to mention- 1. Sales of Goods Act,1930; 2. Information Technology Act, 2000. of which the company has made the violations. As per Sales of goods act, after the contract for sale is made, the company is legally bond to make the delivery of the product.

1. I have to repeatedly call the company to know the status of the order and have to waste my precious TIME and energy behind that. 2. Further, the purpose for which I ordered the product was to get protection from WINTER and winter is about to end without getting the product.

Relief Sought- 1. Ordered product be delivered immediately OR Legal action be taken against Company. 2. Compensation for the damages caused be provided by the company.
