i have purchase bath room tiles around 450 feet from jain sanitation ,ambala cantt & when my tile fitter started to do work & open the boxes of tiles the most of the tiles were found broken & in each & every boxes are opened around 3-4 tiles found broken in a box containing 8 tile , in some boxes total pics found broken & when i informed about it to the dealer he says ,no ashe nahi ho sakta aap fitter ko kahe ke aour boxes use ker ke deko & i was found that most of the tiles are found broken & the said trader is trying to avoid my issue & says that this was not his responsibility & says that you should check at my shop at the time of purchasing & now he is not supplying me the another lot ,so taht i can complete my pending tiles fitting.

the above loss cost of rs.25000/- & compensation of rs.50000/- for harassment to me .
