had applied for the JAMAAI Icecream dealership with SARAVANA STORES FOODS (PVT) LTD. I had paid a deposit of Rs.16000 through Demand Draft number 065876 dated 5.1.2012 drawn on SBI to the organization, as they had provided the freezer. I had cancelled the dealership on 13.6.2012. The freezer was collected by the organization on 27.11.2012. As per the dealership agreement clause 11, , the deposit should be settled within three months from the receipt of freezer. It’s over 2 years now and the organization has not repaid my deposit. I have made over 5 to 6 reminders through mail and courier. But I have not received any kind of communication or response from their side of whatsoever. Talking to them over the phone and writing to them on this proved no use. Appreciate if you can take this case with them and help to get me the deposit back.

I want to get the deposit of Rs.16,000 with the interest component that you would get if put in a bank. I would also need remuneration of all the couriers done an d the time spent for followup , as per the current standards.
