Sub: Complain against Jaypyee Associates,Kosmos,Noida. Sir,I would request you to kindly help me in Waiving Off INTEREST COMPONENT from my payment schedule, which has been unduly charged. Would like to share that i had booked this flat KM -07 / 506 in April 2009 and was committed possession in 3 years. But unfortunately, on date it has taken more than 6 years, instead of committed delivery period of 3 years . Hence I am sure you will agree that the charging of Interest by the Builder on this EXORBITANT DELAY is highly Unethical and Unprofessional. The payment delay if ever, was purely due to delay in getting timely intimations. In the past,I had requested multiple times in writing as well as verbally during my visit to your CRC office to update my correspondence address since last 2 years. But unfortunately it never happened. Neither my address was updated nor any payment advises were received by me on time Nor was it informed telephonic ally. Incidentally I collected personally my Possession letter copy in person after visiting CRC office, Noida on 23rd May 2015 Saturday. I had booked this flat in April 2009 for my personal use expecting the delivery on time . And all these 6 years had been staying in rented apartment paying huge rent. After having mentioned the above Facts, I expect an impartial Enquiry be conducted in the whole episode by your August office, and ensure undue Late Payment charges are waived off and at the same time ensuring other Customers Like me are not un-necessarily harassed.

Due compensation for my , 1.3 years Rent,at an average of Rs 25000/- pm, amounting to Rs 9,00,000/- 2.Late Payment charges waiver of Rs 1.5 lacs(unduly charged)
