Dear I have placed an order bearing no. 14832 at jeekart.com on 27th Dec 2014 for an wrist watch. But till today the status is under processing.when I tried to contact them their pathetic customer care did not respond and many times keeps the phone aside.I also tried to get in touch through email but they did not respond. How can any such site be allowed in Indian market with out any certified customer care and customer support center. I would request them to dispatch my product as early as possible otherwise cancel my order and revert my money back with interest. Regards Praveen kumar 9687668xxx
