Jet Airways – Bad Customer Service – Review

Our original flights from Hyderabad were at 6pm. It got delayed till 7pm no issues, then 7.25pm and then finally left airport around 7.50pm. We had connecting flight for Ahmedabad at 8.15pm, we kept asking Jet staff in Hyderabad about the status of next flight. They said the other flight will wait for us and we will be taken care off. Once we landed in Mumbai around 9.40pm, a very smart girl comes and says we will book you in another flight as the connecting flight from Jet already left. So why you give false promise to customer at first place. That the other flight will wait and all. There were like 12 passengers, many got upset but I was still ok. I checked on-line and told her that there is one more flight at 10.15pm from Indigo for Ahmedabad. Please try to book all of us in same. But she was smart enough and wasted so much time on the counter. Here comes Ms. Jagruti a head supervisor (just for designation I guess otherwise no use). Very smartly she kept on saying I did this and I did that. As if she is not a part of Jet group but running her own shop on airport. We repeated that we all tired and cannot wait for the next flight which was at 2.45am, so try to understand and give us a access to any Marhaba lounge or hotel nearby. Second supervisor comes her name was Ms. Reena. She was another great example of bad customer service. We were supposed to reach at Ahmedabad around 9.30pm and we landed at 4.00 am and no support from Jet at all. I had my flight back to UAE next day. So I did not sleep for 2 days continuously. I am sure there is a rule that if the flight is delayed for few hours they need to provide some compensation to customers. But forget about compensation. We were treated so badly, no respect nothing. Hope to listen for some positive feedback and want compensation as well.
