My flight from Delhi to Jodhpur was cancelled on 19th Dec 2013 and I was promised the full refund of ticket amount. I was not able to get full amount and I was paid only 1374 Rs. I bought the ticket for 9000/- approx.
After flight cancellation I had to make my own arrangement and I had to travel by bus. Airlines did not provide us with any alternative
I need refund of full amount plus the extra charges that I had to pay because of the cancellation.
