I had booked a two way ticket from Chennai to Agartala in Jet Airways. Please note regarding Schedule /Route change : 9W2892 17FEB IXA CCU 0830 0935. There was no flight operating from Tripura at 08.30 AM which I inquired at the airways office. More over said that the return flight schedule was a mistake and refund the full money. However, I could not get ticket from Agartala in other airlines, so, I was forced to postpone my travel to due to their mistake. For that, they again collected Rs. 1162 even though I was not intended to do that. I requested to refund the money, but, have not yet done. At coimbatore Jet Airways office, they issued me assurance document that Rs. 6751 would be refunded. Now, they are saying only Rs. 5155 would be refunded. Why should I loose my money for their mistake? These days, they are not replying and I have no other way except getting help from you.

Because of their irresponsibility and flight attendants carelessness, I need all the full money. Reservation cost: Rs. 12,404 Postponement fee: Rs. 1162 Total: Rs. 13566
