I was travelling from Frankfurt to Abu dhabi on 23/may/2014 with etihad airline and from Abu dhabi to bangalore in Jet airways on 24/may/2014.. When i reached banglore on 24/may/2014. my baggage was missing. I was caring a black colored trolley bag, which i checked in Frankfurt airport till bangalore. I have registered a complaint on 24/may/2014 with Jet airways about my missing bag. Complaint No – BLR9W16106 Ticket confirmation No : BVBCEA The Bag was delivered to me on 26/may/2014.When i received the bag, it was locked( temporary lock given by airline ) and was damaged from outside in many places. But when i opened the bag, it was completely mishandled inside and few things were missing. List of missing items: 1. 1000euro ( Euro was kept in my blue colored paint ) = INR 82000 2. Black color jacket worth INR 20000. = INR 20000 3. 2 pkts of chocolates worth 10Euro. = INR 820 4. Damaged bag = INR 6000 Total cost of item missing is worth INR 108820.

1. I need my missing things back. 2. Compensation for the mental harassment by Jet Airways people. 3. Compensation for the delay.
