Jet Airways didnt provided me Boarding pass for my 4 Confirmed Ticket (PNR :MQDYID) from New Delhi to Gorakhpur for flight S2 3647 on 24 feb 2014. I was taking my Father & Family (Mother & sister ) back to Home town after my Father’s by-pass surgery which happened in Max hospital, Saket , new Delhi on 8 feb 2014. when Jet Airwyas didn’t provided me the Boarding pass, I have to return from Airport and taken 2 rooms in Hotel in Saket to stay for the night and then Hired a Local Cab from New Delhi to Gorakhpur as I didn’t have any other options left. This incident make me and my family suffered a lot (mentally we were very upset and disturbed)

I demand Below reliefs: 1)Refund All amount paid by me for booking Tickets (58,948 INR) 2) Refund the amount I need to pay to stay in teh Hotel : 12,000 INR 3) Refund the amount , I need to pay to hire cab to go to Gorakhpur from New Delhi: 30,000 INR 4) Pay Compensation of 1 Lakh INR for each passenger for the mental torture we went through
