I have purchased Maruti suzuki swift VXI-2008 model in 18 nov 2013 from Jhelum motors. They sell me a blacklist car which have insurance disputes on it. Now i am not able to transfer RC on my name and they are not provide me any support and even not pick phone. I ask them to change car and provide me same model car so that i can transfer RC on my name but they refuse.

I have been continuously rushing to Shaikh Saraqi RTO for RC transfer but they say that this car is blacklist and can,t be transfer to your name. I ask them to change car, they refuse and istead of resolve problem they told me to go RTO and get this sort out on my own. they even refuse to refund money which they charge to me for transferring RC on my name.
