Dear Sir:

Even after receiving message that my tele verification is pending, my Jio no 7000X 53108 is not getting tele verified Neither for data nor for voice call. HD calling no 1977 is not responding since 3 days. Even the customer care number from other operators is not reachable from idea number and no response to my earlier mail is given till now. In the beginning itself jio has so poor customer service it is difficult for it to even stand a year in this industry. Kindly update your services ASAP and look into this matter.

I had bought jio sim card on 25th august till now no message has not arrived on my alternate number for tele-verification and my jio sim is not activated my jio number is 7021106295. Please look into my problem. Thank you.

My new SIM Card no 7020637895 got it at Nanded City in Maharashtra State pn 21st of Aug 2016 but this card is not activated till today. Please take early steps.
