I bought my JIO sim from Reliance Digital MINI store near CMC Vellore on 15/08/2016. I was told that the sim would activate in 5 days. However, I was called on 23/08/2016 from the store saying that my ID proof photo was not clear(which took them 8 days to find).I submitted another copy of my ID proof the next day, following which I was assured that my sim would be activated the next day. Today – 29/8/2016 – it is still not activated and the store is not even picking up phone calls.

Having previously held sim cards of airtel, vodafone, and bsnl, this is the worst performance by any operator. Mobile no of sim – 7010685822 Alternate mobile number – 9629782740

I have get jio sim on the 25th of August but not activated till date. My jio number is 70104 97423. Please do the needful on an urgent basis.
