Jio Lyf Mobiles – Heating Issue

Dear Sir/ Madam I have purchase (Product – LYF Water 8 on dated 29-10.2016 . I could not use the Mobile. After that when I started using mobile , it is generating heat even for a 15-30 minutes in charging.& generating heat while use mobile also. In case of l conversation even for 5-10 minutes , it is generating heat in such a level that is not conducive for further talking or holding. It certainly affects our health . I go to retailer shop on dated 03-11.2015 for replace our mobile. He told me that mobile will not replace.. He advised me to get in touch with the authorized service center for necessary return as the product is giving problem while using. I went to lyf service centre on dated 3.11.2016 they check the mobile & told me that nothing problem in the mobile. They was helpless. My problem is same in my mobile handset. Please suggest me what can I do for replace my mobile.
