Hi Sir, I got the SIM before 13 days and until today my Jio SIM card isn’t activated. I tried calling the customer care number of jio , but there is no response, I request u to activate my sim 70148 18829 and my alternative contact number is 8696XX 5006 Please solve my issue. Thank You.

My Jio Sim Basic Offer Plan has been activated but Welcome Offer Plan is not getting Activated. I am not receiving any satisfactory response from your Customer Care. My Jio No. is 7019 649055
