Dear Sir/madam, The said firm is a job placement agency which had called me and assured me that they will provide interviews to me in 40 working days. The details are as follows – 24 Jan 15 – I deposited Rs 1650 and Rs 3250 in their account online. 31 Jan 15 – I got a welcome message. After that there was no communication from their side. And I called many times and their representatives would tell me that by next week we will get back to you. This was the answer, every time I called. 20 Feb 15 – I again called and told their rep to connect me to his senior and he did so and I was assured that I should call him only next time and that he would arrange interview for me. He arranged telephonic interview with his HR dept. on the same day. Thereafter,on the same day I got a call from a lady asking me to send a mail stating that I was satisfied with your vice. I did that , hoping some positive move from their side. Again after that no communication from their side. 16 Mar 15 – I sent a mail complaining that I was not satisfied with your service and to return back my money. Still no response. 08 Apr – I called and their rep Ms Jia attended the call and assured me that she will look into the matter. 10 Apr – I got a mail mentioning 04 companies in which my interview can be scheduled. I replied that I am willing to join any of the 04 companies mentioned. 11 Apr – I got another mail in which my interview date and time was mentioned for Purti Power and Sugar. Interview date was 13 Apr and time 1200 hrs. Contact person – Sona. I called Sona and she said there was no interview scheduled on that day and she was not aware and said that whenever interview for the said post is conducted, she will contact me. I conveyed this to Ms Jia and she said that she will contact Sona and get back to me. Again no communication after that. I complained again on mail and on 11 May 15 comes their reply that there was no delay in providing service to me and that I was provided with interview and I didn’t attend. Instead of apologizing for what they had not done, they were blaming me for being unprofessional. And they mentioned that they are stopping my service. am jobless since then. Will I not attend an interview which was provided to me to remain jobless further. You asked me to check my facts and figures. Now kindly give a reply to this mail with your facts and figures. I had been calling you almost every week and those dates I have not mentioned. Sandeep Nair

I want my money back i.e Rs 4900/- as was promised to me if they are not able to provide job to me in 40 days.
