This is to inform you that, I had purchased a Jockey sleeveless t-shirt from M/s. SHREE KRISHNA. Description of the good is 9933-Royal Tee-M-WHITE, the corners have dark blue sleeves with white centre. The blue colour has faded to the centre. The beauty of the t-shirt has gone, the t-shirt is unusable now. I have attached a photo of the t-shirt as a proof. You are requested to register my complaint. In addition to it, I have also logged a complaint at my local consumer forum, the receiving copy from the forum shall be sent to you soon.

It has been over 10 days since 5th September, 2013; the day i was told to be reported regarding my faulty product (highlighted in red below). The product was handed over to M/s Sree Krishna on 27 July, 2013, and yet i am not able to have it in my possession. Vendor has obtained price for the product and also is not effective to the commitments it makes. It also has the possession of my garment for which the price was paid by me. Thus, it is requested that the money paid for the product by me, be refunded with immediate effect.
