I became member of Jukaso Resorts under Reg No. W0301623, but made my complaint of non response by company within day 15-20 days of my reg. But the delay was made from company side, of which I made a strong representation via SMS and email and calls, finally my complaint was heard by Radha, PS to Chairman and Sidharth Bhalla, Marketing Head and I received my refund vied their Cheque of Union Bank of India dated 20-8-2014 after deduction of some amount which they said is that of V A T. But when I presented the cheque for clearing the cheque bounced because of lack of funds. I made a representation in this regard again but the representatives are not responding positively. I have now made a call to their toll free number but they are saying that this matter has to be looked by finance dept and they would call. But now 24 hers have passed and have not received any call from them.
I want that now all my money should be refunded to me without any deductions of what so ever plus interest should be paid to me along with my refund as per penalty rules if any or as per defaulters rules. Also the bouncing charges should be reimbursed to me along with my refunds as have been charged from my account by the bank.
