I havr submitted my bike to jyoti motors on 13 aug 14 after an accident to repair damage who is dealer of hero motorcycle but he did not provided any job seat just simply given a written paper on his stam pad with assurance of that ur bike will be repair with in 7 to 10 days but till date it is not repaired by party i complain the same to hero motocorp compl.no 1163008141 from there i got assurance that i will get response within 48 hour but not get any response den i called again but now they told me u will get response but i don’t know u will.

I want company should response immediate and also repair my bike as soon as possible and company should fulfill my financial loss due to not response and bike repair.
