A booking of two sarees were placed vide Order No.17837 on Wednesday 18 September, 2013 and an amount of Rs 3,157.00 was paid through SBI debit card.When the products did not arrived even after 15 days repeated mails and phone calls were made but Kalazone deliberately used lame excuses like slowing up of the internet to avoid the request. They also paid no heed to my repeated request to cancel the order and arrange for the repayment of the deducted amount. Till date neither have I received the products nor the money.
Immediate repayment of the full amount of Rs 3,157.00 plus Rs 300 for the telephone bill plus Rs 1000.00 as compensation for the embarrassment and loss of prestige i.e.payment of Rs 4457.00 in total within 24 hrs.
