Dear Sir, I purchased a new karbon company mobile A-21 as on 23 OCT 2012. I submit my new mobile to their service center at laxmi nagar delhi for repair /replacement agst jobsheet no KJASPDL066713k8745 as on 23-07-13.After 2 & half month I received the handset but still it is not working properly. Now there is no signal or limited signal problem & the volume side button is not working. AGAIN I SUBMIT THIS HANDSET TO SERVICE CENTER AGAINST JOBSHEET NO. KJASPDL1081013k1161 AT CALL CARE D-33 FIRST FLOOR SHAKARPUR DELHI-92 Now i am totally fed up with your servicES

EITHER REPLACED OR REPAIRED THE HANDSET. IF REPAIRED IT SHOULD WORK PERFECTLY.
