Sir/ Mam Job Sheet No. : KJASPPB184514K3612 I had a mobile hand set of Karbon Company which developed problems with time and I went to their service centre at Sector 22 Chandigarh, they asked me for three days time to repair it. when after three days I approached them they told that they have sent my phone to Delhi as they did n,t have sufficient arrangements to repair it at chandigarh and asked for 10 to 15 days more time after 15 days I tried to reach them over phone but they don’t reply. even I tried to contact them via email also and they didn,t reply satisfactorily. please kelp me to get my set back.

I want my hand set back or my money spent on this phone and regular visits to their service center.
