Hi, Please note the IMEI NUMBER 911304153343466, now the problem is battery is not getting charged and charger point is giving the problem, i have already uploaded the complaint on the Karboon site but I have received no response. Please replace my mobile and anyways I am moving to consumer court as i felt cheated by karbon mobiles I bought the phone just 10 days back and now the dealer is saying i need to go to the service center which is 22 km from my home and i am a working and just reallocated to pune. I have made a big mistake in my life buying karboon phone now i do not have phone to work i need to buy the new one again Karbon is cheating as the customer care number also not reachable which they have mention on the site
