KARBON tab – which stoped working with in a month

Within month i got a problem in my TAB, its touch stopped working. I tried calling tollfree help line of Karbon but it did’didn’t responded . After that i contacted Karbon Service centre in H but they were unable to solve the problem because the were only the sale agent not the service centre as mentioned in karbon warranty book. Then i visited Chandigarh to resolve the problem but there also my problem didn’t solved which took a period f more than a weeks.Because the service centre which i visited was not at the place as mentioned in Website. After that i visited other care centre where they told me to visit New Delhi . what the hell is the service of karbon. Then i travelled to New Delhi ,with a thought that my problem will definitely get resolved .I also called Flipkart Customer care & They told me one care centre in Karol Bagh (GOD SON enterprises DB gupta road B 18 9/54 Namdhari Complex Karol BAGH” . I went their with my Tab & copy of Invoice . They didn’t give me any Job card before taking my tab & said “We will tell what the issue is, ”.I thought they are watching the condition But within seconds they opened my device that to without my permission . After that they told me that they will not replace device but repair it & it will take a month period which is mere not a short period. .If they were not able to replace it they could have asked me ,I could have visited another service centre.But I didn’t know why did they opened the product ? When I got back the product there were scratches on my tab and a Spot on back side (On back side).Now what can i do when they haven’t gave me any job card i have no option left other then receiving it back . Is this fact that it takes a month to rectify a problem of touch replacement?and more so how the touch panel stopped functioning within a month? Now can you please tell me that what kind of service centre is this?,this was not a single service centre but multiple brand service centre. Many people were fighting there for service related issue, it was a fish market over there.there have a footage too. Apart from that I have to incur expenditure to resolve my problem (which is still unsolved)which has already exceeded Rs 5000 & a big Frustration apart which is pressurizing me to go to consumer court.. I never thought that I will have to face such a problem within a month why should I buy KArbon when company is less customer oriented & more profit oriented ” Now is this My fault that I bought Karbon Tab??????????????? so kindly reply me as soon as possible about this matter. Waiting for your response .

Firstly i my product replaced or should get it in condition which it was before giving to service centre . I possible my travel expenses.
