I purchased Karbonn A12 phone from Kalamboli and was facing very often phone hanging issue with the model so I reported the same to the nearest Panvel Service Center. They stated they will fix the issue and get the model replaced completely with new one and took Original bill also. However, after getting run-around of 2-3 months, they said they have lost my original bill and misplaced the original phone and gave me another used handset saying they cant give new model. Handset was given first and after a week they handed over the battery. After I came home and tried to use the phone, I found that the phone has no network antenna in it and tried to get the same fixed through outside retail store but the BIG PROBLEM is that only service centers / Manufacturers can have the network antennas.

I need a new handset which is completely operative. I only wanted to get the phone hanging issue fixed but these people have screwed me badly and now I have lost on my phone.
