I purchased a Karbonn A3 handset 12th May 2013.From the first day, it had charging problem.I went to service center and they replaced the charger But after few days same problem arises.Again I went service center on 5th July 2013.Now service person told me that he is not able to repair it and he sent it to comapany for repair.Now more than one month has passed. They are not able to tell any status.Service center person suggested me to call company but that number is always busy.I gave feedback also on company’s official site But I have not received any valid response.They are not telling me any date for giving my phone back.
I want my money back because I think they are not able to repair that.because earlier also they repaired it, but it not worked.
