I purchased a karbonn A50 mobile on 21/07/2013 vide bill no.6923 from Mahavir sales,thane(w).The IMEI no. is 911322250045768.This phone is giving me problems right from day one that i purchased it.Initially when someone called on my phone i didnt get the call…no ringtone buzzing,,,no vibration,,,nothing,but when u check the call log the number is showing in received calls.i went to the service centre in bhandup(w) in dreamz mall.The service centre people updated the software on my phone and everything was ok but just for 1 day.The next day the phone went dead i.e.it wont start or no activity on pressing the on/off button…again i went to the same service centre where they checked the phone and i was told that the phone had to be sent to delhi where the company would fix the problem and return it back to me after about 40-45 days…i was extremely shell shocked to hear this…how would anybody who has gotten a phone for his daily use by paying his hard earned money wait for 45 days to get his phone in working condition.I would reccomend to anybody who is thinking of buying a KARBONN phone that please stay away and get something like samsung or nokia or micromax.Atleast the service centres give u convincing service…for karbonn i would say BAD PHONE…BAD SERVICE…AND WRONG ATTITUDE OF THE SERVICE GUYS…
