I have purchased Karbonn A99* mobile on 29/03/2014 from Kabir communication at Gandhinagar Gujarat. Right after purchasing mobile I found that the mobile is having charging problem and not properly charging, battery level sometimes decrease instead of increasing while charging. And its unable to use as battery is not getting charged. So on 31/03/2014 Monday I go to kabir communication and they told me to contact karbonn service center. On 3/4/2012 I go to karbonn service center located at Infocity Gandhinagar, Gujarat to report this problem. The guy Rahul at service center checked the phone, battery and charger and confirmed the problem with the handset and did something to it and told to collect phone after two days. For this he did not give me any receipt or job card. Then on 5/4/2014 I go to service center to collect mobile phone but I was told that its not yet fix and tell me that the phone will be ready in a day or two and they will call me so I return home empty handed. Then after 5-6 day I got call from the guy Rahul that my phone is ready and told me to collect. I go to him and collected the phone in evening. I have use it for a day but when I put it in charging I experienced the same problem again, its not charging and finally the battery reaches to 0% and phone is switched off. Then I was busy with my work and didn’t get time. Finally on 22/4/2014 I go to service center and report that the problem is not yet fixed. The service center took the phone and till date I haven’t get it repaired. And the service center is moved to new location in Sector 11 Gandhinagar. I have visited service center number of times but every time I am given nothing but false promises. I didn’t have any receipt or job card, upon my demand and harsh wordings they gave me customer job card on 14/6/2014. Its been more than 3 months that my phone is in not repaired so I have to purchase new phone. So I demand refund as I have got the defective mobile and there after the company fails to rectify the problem.

I have purchased the phone worth Rs:5100/- which should be refunded fully as it was defective. and more on compensation for financial, physical and mental stress i have worth 25000/-
