Dear Sir, I have submitted my set Carbon Mobile on 03-3-2014 ( job sheet no. KJASPDL096314K3396 / KJASPDL096314K3646 ). My set is still with the Karol Bagh, service center & they have informed me that as the company cannot repair the set A12 so I am entitled to get the brand new set from the company. But against my model A12 the center is providing me the open mobile set with lower features/ lower range. Which is not acceptable to me. Please provide me completely new original company packed mobile set with same features/ range. Or else refund my money as per the bill amount
