Karbonn mobile – fault in product I want my money back

It is only two months when I purchased Karbonn mobile from flipkart and am facing two problem 1) SIM is not detecting 2) WIFI Direct is not present since start. I gave it to service center for servicing and it has been long time (48 days) since I have given my mobile hand set (Karbonn S2) for repairing at Aryan communication service center Patna on 21st October 2013. When enquired in the Patna service center, they told me that it has been sent to company repair center at Gurgaon for repairing. When enquired in company customer care they are not replying and sometimes they are not picking call.

I want my money back from seller as i do not trust in their ability to resolve customer problem with a fine of Rupees 200000
