I bought a phone from Karbonn that was faulty from day one. i hardly used that fault free not even for a month. i gave the phone for servicing to their local service center. its been more than 2 months and the issue is not resolved. its very evident that the phone is 100% faulty and if this is the situation inside warranty, we can all assume what the situation will be after warranty expiry.
i was forced to buy a new phone due to continous service and i am also embarassed in front of others because of this cheap phone
after warranty expiry, i am sure that it will be faulty. becasue of continous repair by karbonn, the phone is damaged and worned out. i demand 100% refund with penalty for my losses incurred
