I own a karbonn a9+ mobile . It got repair on 23 rd January . The warranty is not over . I went to the service centre and handed over the mobile . They said within a week it will be done , now it’s two months still they haven’t rectified . And now they are not even responding properly . What to do please do help . They have given a invoice number it’s 228 .

I have purchased karbonn titanium s5 on jun 2013 but it having problem of double images and videos I have updated the software at karbonn service center but problem persist as and now there is no proper service centre in jhansi they have no correct software to solve the problem I faces many problem by using this mobile so soon solve my problem otherwise I will.
