Karbonn mobile handset Problem – No Customer Care

I Bought a karbonn mobile model titanium S5 from M/s Om Electronics & Home appliances, Shimla for Rs. 13990/- on 27.7.2013 and after about a month it started giving power on problem and within no time it got dead. As it was under warranty, i tried to contact customer care of karbonn mobiles but the people concerned told me that at present we dont have any service centre in shimla and soon a centre will be started. i waited for more than 2 months and at last in november, i came to know that the service centre has been opened in shimla by name anjali cell care at BCS, New Shimla and i without any delay approached the said centre and given my set to them for needfull on 19.11.2013 and they committed that we will done this within in 25 days. But is very pitty on the part of such a big company, still i am waiting for my mobile. I personally visited the said centre more than 6-7 times during this period but everytime i had been told that we cannt say how much time it will take. after than i talked to one of the person namely mr ragnu ram who is employee of karbonn mobiles in shimla regarding my phone and after taking necessary details from me he also committed that sir , it will be done sooner, but still i am waiting for the reply. just imagine, i have paid price of set and took a set thinking that i will enjoy the luxury of latest applications but today i have nothing even after paying full amount of set. Now, i think i have left with nothing but going to consumer court to resolve this matter as this is getting really irritating and i don’t want to waist my efforts further.
