Karbonn Mobile – Motherboard problem not resolve

Hi Team, I have purchased Karbonn Titanium S9 in January 2014. I have used it for around 4 to 5 months and it’s got switched off (Dead) one day automatically and was not able to on. Karbonn service store representative refresh software and give it back, same thing happen again after 10-15 days again they did same thing uploaded some file and give it to me. Now it’s dead again, as per my understanding it’s a motherboard problem and am requested to store representative to send it to main office for hardware replacement. last 2 months no update, till date not get my mobile.

i want to replace my mobile ASAP.
