This is Regarding Mobile Karbonn 62+ malfunctioning. I purchased this mobile from J.S.K Mobiles Opp. Bk. no 805 mobile bazar section-17 ulhasnagar-421003. IMEI no. 911219053929869 on 03-May-2014. Within 10days Phones screen went blank. I went to Shop asking for a new piece but they refused and asked us to submit the same to Service centre. Even after submitting the same on 12th June 2014 (Jobsheet KJASPMH524614K25) We have not got the piece and they are now asking for 40 days more. Is this the service
