I have submitted my phone to the dealer on 8th of may, 2014. there was a problem in the functioning of its touch. they told me it would be repaired within 20-25 days. it was in the warranty period. so i waited for more than 25 days before calling them back. theu told me touch has not arrived. even i phoned in the company they told me it would reach in 10-15 days so i waited for another 18 days before calling them. after 18 days they told me it still has not arrived. they told me to wait till 20june. so after 20 june i called them they again told me that it has not arrived. every time i call them they give me this excuse. i have suffered a lot in the absence of my phone. i had to borrow phone from my friend. i even tried calling there company head livesh. he was very harsh either he didn’t answer or make excuses. i am really disappointed and harassed. please do something soon and urgently to resolve my problem

i want my phone to be fully repaired within the shortest time possible. or it they cannot have touch replaced by working touch. they should provide me with same new phone karbonn titanium s5. and also damages for monetary losses that i concurred on calling them as well as for mental harassment.
