i mahesh from sira i bought a mobile phone on 12/03/2014 at 11.07.am from the mobile phone dealer “MOBILE ZONE,add:opp to SBI Bank,mg Road, Tumkur.” located in tumkur district,karnataka state, the mobile brand was”KARBONN” model “A6+”(Rs.5400.00(Five thousand four hundred only)) and IMEI1:911304157890140,IMEI2:911304157890157, battery no.:TEAMA6+B09130010634,it will be in warranty and guarantee period, after 4 month, the mobile phone was not at all “On or OFF” totally the mobile phone was dead, then i took this problem/dead mobile phone to mobile dealer for repair, he told and refer to go for company service center “Vinayaka service center,m:95356464xxx,”, then i go to company service center , the company authorized person take my mobile phone for service, he kept my mobile phone for 1 month in service center, then i asked to give my mobile phone he refused to me the mobile phone was not ready, so then i asked to give him back then he told come next week , again i went to service center for receiving my mobile phone again he told to me come next week, this happens about 4 times, i getting too hurt of myself only and i spend 1500.Rs for transport, after i receiving the mobile phone i going to meet the “mobile dealer” again he told to me to go for another service center” VIGNESH TELESERVICES-add:marata hostel building, B.H.Road, tumkur, Karnataka,Ph:081640145xxx, in service center the service person told sir the mobile phone was already serviced so we are not responsible and quarantee and warranty will not be their, afterwards i too hurted my self and crying and come back to my home, sir totally the mistake is done by the “Mobile dealer” and service centers, so please gave trust and promise to me , so please sir i need new mobile phone and compensation to me. thanking you mahesh
